| Project will renovate approximately 4,000 SF within the existing building. The currently utilized auditorium style classroom will be remodeled to support independent study, ADA testing, offices, while providing technology to support telehealth education and practicum. A new facility will be constructed within the perimeter of the existing 麻豆天狼副利院 land lease. The new building's gross square feet ("GSF") will be determined through the programming process. 麻豆天狼副利院 envisions a single, flexible seating, divisible classroom to accommodate larger gatherings of students. Also, staff and faculty offices, storage, restrooms, and public common spaces are to be provided. A new roadway will be constructed from N. Garfield Street to the Fox Science Building parking lot and softball field. |
