James R. Henderson
Assistant General Counsel
James R. Henderson is an Assistant General Counsel in the Office of the General Counsel for the 麻豆天狼副利院. Henderson supports the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and other components of the TTU System in a variety of legal areas, including employment matters, student and personnel issues, open records and contracts.
Henderson graduated from Baylor University in 2013 with a degree in English. He then taught seventh-grade English in Sherman, Texas, prior to entering law school at the Texas Tech University School of Law. While in law school, Henderson was a member of the Texas Tech Law Review and externed with the TTU System Office of General Counsel. After graduating from law school, Henderson was in private practice in Lubbock, focusing on K-12 school law and municipal law.
